I/We hereby declare and commit the copyright and content of the entries for the 2023 International Short Video Competition as follows:

1. Ensure the rights and authorizations to agree to this commitment and fulfill corresponding obligations, ensuring that participation in this event does not conflict with the rights of other parties.
2. Ensure that the authorized works have complete and independent copyrights, link rights, information network dissemination rights, and all other ownership rights, and agree to free broadcasting during the event.
3. Ensure that the copyright and content of all authorized works do not violate laws and regulations, do not infringe on the copyrights and other legal rights of any third party, and assume full legal responsibility for disputes or rights disputes arising from the content or rights defects of the authorized works.
4. Ensure that all relevant and author information of the authorized works is accurate and valid.
5. Agree that the organizer has the right to use the competition videos and the right to post-process for media playback and public welfare publicity.
